This is an amazing story: A man competed in his 30th straight Leadville 100 ultra. Talk about consistency.

Another one from Runner’s World: Lindsay Lohan wants to run a marathon. If she can hit the pavement as hard as she hits, well, various substances, then she might have a shot at 26.2. Here’s hoping she can find that positive outlet to steer herself away from the negative influences in her life.

If the U.S. ate more fruits and veggies, it would save nearly $1 trillion in health care costs, according to this article.

Outside Magazine has a photographic list of the 10 most dangerous hikes in the world. They are doozies!
