Postural therapy can help a lot of the issues you are facing. Look to see if you have any postural therapists who use the Egoscue Method. A lot of spinal imbalances will affect your hips, shoulders, knees, ankles, etc., all the way down to your extremities. Might be worth a look. It’s helped me, especially as I’ve cranked up the miles running and started doing more “big lift” weight exercises.
